Cavapoos typically are small in size. They have long ears, large brows, and compact face. Their coat is soft and curly or wavy, much like a Poodle. The coat colors vary, including gold, black or white, tricolor, and Blenheim, the most common of them all.
Designer breeds have become very popular for the last couple of years. People are crossbreeding toy breeds, such as Yorkies and Poodles, to be different from the norm. Cavapoo is one of those breeds. The Cavapoos are the result of crossbreeding Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Miniature Poodle. Originated in the United States, they’ve been around since 1950s, although they’ve not been officially recognized as a breed by may breeder registrations.
